As a member of the CAA team, you will be working in at the only level 1 Trauma Center in the state, where you will receive exposure to a wide variety of complex cases which will help you expand your knowledge base. Mesilla Valley Anesthesiology in Las Cruces

We are excited to announce that Mesilla Valley Anesthesiology in Las Cruces, NM is looking for AAs to join our MD only group. Mid level providers will be a new endeavor for the group and currently we are the second location in New Mexico to incorporate AAs into our facility. We have one hired AA and are looking for at least two more full time and potentially one part time anesthetist. 

Hired AAs will be practicing at Mountain View Regional Medical Center and the affiliated surgery center. Anesthetist will be utilized for a myriad of cases ranging from cardiac, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, and some trauma. We are accepting both experienced anesthetists and new grads to come work in the practice. Hired anesthetists will have the opportunity to join some great physicians and to help establish a culture for midlevels in the anesthesia group while acting as a starting part of AA expansion in the West. Additionally, they will learn a skill set that few mid level providers have the opportunity to obtain. 

Benefits of the position include:

-Starting salary of $130,000 and additional raise/compensation based on experience

-Starting vacation allowance of 4 weeks a year and (currently) no call, weekends, or holidays (TBD if call/weekends will be added in the future)

-CME allowance of $3,000 a year

-Provided Medical Malpractice insurance

-Provided health insurance for provider and family

-$10,000 sign on bonus and further incentives with 3 year contract
